I have no doubt that Carlos killed as many if not more people than they said he did, but how could police allow those three to escape. And ones on trial for a brutal murder, and an attempt to cover up the crime. St Maarten police, where exactly are these criminals, you only cover 16 square miles. Remember when Chucky escaped, and was hiding out in a guest house, and the police knew EXACTLY where he was, they were either paid off, or scared to confront Chucky. The police knew exactly where he was, and their were reports of him committing MORE crimes after he escaped, the police swore up and down that it wasn't true, but when they finally picked him up months later, it was confirmed that he had been on a crime spree, from the day he was allowed to walk out of prison
